Villa Di Roma doesn't care about their customers! I have been a frequent customer of Villa Di Roma, but a week ago I had the worst delivery experience I have ever had. So, last Friday night, I ordered at 1:30 am, and they said 45 minutes to an hour, which is normal. 2:30 rolls around, and the delivery driver calls me, looking for directions. Over the next hour, over multiple calls, I give the delivery driver clear directions to my place, but they still can't find it. When I try to call them again, they don't answer my calls. So, in the end, I ordered a delivery order, and it never arrived. I call the restaurant the next day, and the owner agreed with the problems that occured, but offered no compensation of any kind, even after I asked. I was pissed. So, it's tonight now. I decide to call Villa Di Roma, and I offer a deal to the owner. In lieu of the previous week's problem, if he waives the delivery fee on tonight's order, I'll start ordering from them again. He declines. I tell him that means I'm not ordering from them ever again, and he doesn't seem to care. So, long story short, Villa Di Roma doesn't care about their costumers. Eat somewhere else.

I just love there pizza and food, and there knew location looks beautiful, I would definitely come back again..

pizza was ok. Service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for our soda that she clearly forgot about. Ordered fries and long with some shrimp meal. Waited almost 50 minutes for our food. In the end the shrimp was horrible, the fries were ok along with pizza. Service was horrible. Complained to see anything could've been done with our service, they said nothing could've been done after talking to the manager. Never going back! Very dissatisfied with the re-opening of their new location on Alpine.

pizza wasnt what i ordered and plus it wasnt very warm and took for ever to get here and when i called to complain they haD A EXCUSE FOR EVERY THING SO NOTHING WAS DONE AND THRY HUNG UP ON ME

I have been ordering out from villa di roma for many years and have never had a problem with the food or the prices. They are reasonably priced and they deliver promptly. I always brag about this being my favorite pizza place and whenever I come back to town I always order a pizza for anyone I am with.

We visited Rockford last weekend, and I can now tell you where NOT to eat. Villa di Roma. This must be the last restaurant in the U.S. that still charges for a refill on your soft drink, so be prepared to buy a pitcher. I hope you can drink it all, because they don�t have carryout cups. The menu prices are very reasonable, but don�t be deceived. That�s not the price you�ll pay. The owner has his own method of calculating prices and tax. He guesses at the tax amount for each line item and adds them together in his head, then totals your ticket in his head. When we left I took a carryout menu with me to check his math. Either Rockford has a 13.5 tax rate or he cheated me out of $2.00.

i think there pizza was vary good and vary respectfull on the phone and delivery time was excellent!

We ordered a pizza from there a few days ago. The pizza in itself was not that bad, but it did not have the right toppings. They even read it back to me when I called back. He said, oh well, we close in a hour....there is nothing I can do about it. I would never order from there again.
