Ordered at 7 delivered 8:06. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. When delived, it was cold. I called and asked for manager, when I told him it was cold, he laughed at me. So rude. he wanted to give me a free one topping pizza I told him that is not what I'm saying I'm letting you know it was cold I've never had a cold pizza in my years of ordering delivery. He thought it was funny, I will be the last one laughing when they go out of business.

pizza wasnt what i ordered and plus it wasnt very warm and took for ever to get here and when i called to complain they haD A EXCUSE FOR EVERY THING SO NOTHING WAS DONE AND THRY HUNG UP ON ME

I have been ordering out from villa di roma for many years and have never had a problem with the food or the prices. They are reasonably priced and they deliver promptly. I always brag about this being my favorite pizza place and whenever I come back to town I always order a pizza for anyone I am with.

We visited Rockford last weekend, and I can now tell you where NOT to eat. Villa di Roma. This must be the last restaurant in the U.S. that still charges for a refill on your soft drink, so be prepared to buy a pitcher. I hope you can drink it all, because they don�t have carryout cups. The menu prices are very reasonable, but don�t be deceived. That�s not the price you�ll pay. The owner has his own method of calculating prices and tax. He guesses at the tax amount for each line item and adds them together in his head, then totals your ticket in his head. When we left I took a carryout menu with me to check his math. Either Rockford has a 13.5 tax rate or he cheated me out of $2.00.
