Took an hour and a half to get breakfast here. Sllw service...had to get my own coffee refill. Kitchen running behind and lobby was know 1/4 full. Ran out of unbroken eggs...had to have scrambled . They got eggs in time for my order...but we waited way too long. We won't be back....ever.

We went to Arnie's Old Mill Restaurant in Rockford, MI on July 12 for lunch. After seeing billboards advertising the Stacker, I just had to try it. After sitting for half an hour, the manager, I assume, came to our table and asked if we had been waited on. No, we hadn't. He brought us some ice water and said the server would be there immediately. After another fifteen minutes the waitress showed up and took our order. When my plate was placed in front of me, I was sadly disappointed. Instead of whole green and yellow beans with whole baby carrots there was a pile of frozen diced vegetable of the type used for soup. The waitress said they always used frozen vegetables. The disappointment didn't stop there, the gravy was on the level of flour and water paste, the steak had absolutely no seasoning, and the pile of onion petals shown on the billboard and menu were skimpy to non-existant. The waitress never showed up again to refill our water glasses. This was a total disappointment and we shall never return.
