ED KOEHN SALESMAN SCREWED US OVER HARD. We went in to see if we could upgrade to a truck that could haul more than our Navigator could (which towed 8500#) and they talked us into the Ford F150 with Ecoboost because it could haul 11,300 lbs. We traded in our Navigator that we owed free and clear. Come to find out about a year later when going to purchase a travel trailer that truck we were talked into didn't have the MAX trailer package and we could only haul 7300#!!! We went back to them to make it right because they completely misrepresented the vehicle we bought and the salesman was no longer there and they wouldn't do a thing to help us but tell us we can take a loss on the $6500 we got on trade for our Navigator and go in the hole another $6500 because they would only give us fair trade value and not what we owed. They do not care about being honest to their customer. They sold us the most expensive vehicle on the lot knowing it was NOT the vehicle we were searching for!

I am a loyal customer at John Decker Chevrolet and am happy with the customer service I receive. My family has purchased our last three vehicles from here and brings them in for service when needed. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend John Decker Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, in need of an oil change or service work or even bodywork. Our van got rear-ended and they gave me a free loaner while mine was being fixed! My family will continue to be customers of John Decker Chevrolet for years to come.

JOHN DECKER CHEVROLET REPAIRED MY 2006 CHEVROLET UPLANDER AND IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY. WE COULD NOT TELL THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AFTER IT WAS COMPLETED AND IT WAS DETAILED NICELY (WHICH WE DID NOT EXPECT). COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS WAS FANTASTIC!
