Eye dr was not as friendly as I would have liked. My husband and I picked out glasses we liked but also wanted to shop around. We asked them to print out information so we could do so. The assistant wrote something on the back of a small business card and said she can not print anything because she still has to enter it all in the computer. We went to another place to look and showed them the card and they looked confused and said these numbers are prices and not a perscription. We had gotten a babysitter so we could shop around and were not able to do so. We called and requested they print something and email it but they said I had to pick it up. This time they did give me a prescription and an itemized eatimate for our lenses and frames! I loves the glasses but due to the difficulties we are going to buy elsewhere and will not be back.

Over the years I've gone there... They confuse you with pricing, rude employees, optometrist is rude, no regard to your time, they unfortunately will lose a lot of business from my whole family, friends and relatives. Everyone there needs to take customer service classes.
