The staff at West Michigan Collison can be trusted to do a high quality repair completed when promised. The staff came to my home to inspect my car, had it towed to the shop. They wolrked with my insurance company to get a prompt approval for repairs. The work was done correctly and was completed when promised. I received several calls from West Michigan staff to advise me of progress of the repairs.
