They shouldnt even get one star....they are horrible humans!!! They are only out to get money off less unfortunates and dont care. what kind of circumstances they expose there tenants to in their properties. DO UNDERN

MINDING SCANDOLOUS THINGS!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

My experience with Ketron Property Management was neglectful and thieving not only for me, but for my neighbors who rented with them as well. I brought to their attention a leak in our ceiling which took them four months to get fixed. It turned out we needed a new roof. The roofers damaged my grill cover which took five months for me to get compensation for. My neighbors also had multiple unhealthy, mold growing leaks in their roof that I'm still not sure if they have corrected. The property manager/owner, Brandon, told my room mate, neighbors and I that we could put up a fence around both of our yards for our dogs as long as it wasn't concreted in the ground. He later forced us to take it down after spending hundreds of dollars on it because it wasn't "installed properly". 

I moved out in March 2012 finishing my lease terms. Ketron then tried to make me pay for another months rent because I "didn't put in a 30 day notice". Months before our lease was ending I informed him that we had outgrown the house and we would not be renewing our lease after our terms were fulfilled. It was a huge ordeal to get them to agree. They were trying to cheat me because they neglected to put a rent sign or market the house as available. 

It is now the end of July and I finally got my $250 deposit back (out of $650). There was a claim that I didn't put the shower head back up, when I moved in there wasn't one... They also claimed that there were holes in the wall that were not "normal wear and tear". I had a few decorations, mirrors, and pictures hung, but nothing else. Beware if you rent from them that you don't actually ever LIVE in your home. 

It took them from March until the end of July to get the remainder of my deposit back. I called and left messages and texted them at least 3 times a week and never heard anything back. The situation was very neglectful and disconnected. I stared by asking nicely for explanation and then as time went on with never hearing a word back from them, things got ugly. 

Based on my nightmare of an experience with Ketron Property Management, I would not recommend renting from them.
