We paid for our case upfront, office was quick and thorough in taking payment and sending our receipts. But 2 months later we still haven't received an update on a simple traffic case. No sense of urgency, and no sense of follow up. Very unprofessional that office rarely answers phone or returns call and/or emails.

While Mr Altman was effective in resolving my case in traffic court I highly recommend NOT selecting Altman Law Firm for your legal needs. I received ZERO CONTACT from Altman Law Firm after sending my payment. When I called to request information his staff made it clear that I was interrupting their day. Every time I spoke or asked I question I was interrupted with rude, condescending, unhelpful responses. Email response time can regularly be close to a week. It's very unsettling that I paid money to be treated so incompetently and with such disrespect.

Eric Altman ans his professional caring staff will take care of all your needs from day one. Was told by courts i would pay 3,200.00 in fees and failure to appear cost. I paid 400.00 and walked away with my license back and no insurance increase or points. He is truly the best traffic attorney in the Carolinas without a doubt! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE OTHER BOGUS BIG SHOT LAW FIRMS!!! CHOOSE ALTMAN if you need REAL work done in a timely manner!!!
