Poor customer service. However there are 3 sale associate's at this location that i would rate exceptional . So if they aren't around when i need assistance, i leave. I even ask for the manager on one occasion because i needed to purchase a gift from cosmetics. Waited for at least half hour for no show. Drove to southern pines to make purchase as i always do now. Rockingham belk is an embarrassment to the belk name and belk policies .
