this place is horrible...there is a roach infestation, rats, it is unsanitary...the website lies to you...there is no maintenance team it is only one man doing maintenance...the owner is James McCravey and he is not doing anything to fix the place up...it is an eyesore...the grass is unkempt...James wants the rent paid on time but is not willing to keep the apartments up to code...the building inspector has been there and will return because of the roach infestation...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING THERE...the rent is too high for the quality of service that you get...I am reporting them to HUD...and to anyone else who will listen it is bad out there...there are some immigrants living on property, I am unsure if they are illegal or legal...but they are unsanitary, and just down right nasty, they kill chickens on the property and all sorts of things. I honestly feel sorry for the current tenants!!!!!!!!!
