The Maintenance Manager came onto me shortly after moving in. He is MARRIED and lives next door.
The company put on my credit report that I was 'forcefully evicted' when I was gone before they even knew I moved out. And Mario personally told me that he saw a notice on my door and ripped it up.
The Maintenance Manager (Mario) moved all of my belongings into storage on site and I am YET to get some of my belongings back. I have collector porcelain dishes and many other things still there.
Yes. I was late on my rent. NO. I was not forcefully evicted. I will never get my belongings back.
Also, there was (possibly still is) a group of individuals shooting heroin on the roof of the building and I brought this to the attention of management. I don't think they liked this as it was confirmed this was happening.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They are self serving.

Please allow me to dispel the scathing reviews regarding Emerson Shoe Lofts. I am an extremely satisfied resident. I recently renewed my lease. I was a condo owner for 21 years, transitioning to apartment living with some trepidation. I was living in Florida, moving back to Ma. I was presented an offer sooner than I expected. I flew to Ma allowing one day to find a home. I traipsed through nine properties during a snowstorm, ESL being my last stop, exhausted and unhappy. I arrived late warmly greeted by Dianne, waiting patiently for me with a smile. I was treated with respect and dignity, time was not an object. I was shown several apartments. I vacillated between two, requesting time to absorb the information. My decision was made two days later. The apartments are absolutely lovely, exceeding my lofty expectations. Emerson Shoe Lofts is immaculate inside and out, beautifully maintained by Mario and Sergio, always available from a small to a significant request with extreme kindness. No request is too small. I do not hear noise, nor have I viewed cigarette butts or pet evacuations. Regarding winter, one of the worst on record, a stellar job regarding snow and ice removal, plowed 24/7. Potential renters, do not believe everything you read. Unfortunately there are some folks out there misdirecting their anger taking their fingers or stylus to the keyboard ripping out false information. Accolades to Dianne and Nate exhibiting superior management skills.
