This company actively seeks to discriminate against whole classes of people. I'd never rent from them.

Not recommended due to open disregard for the basic rights and physical safety of its residents as shown by this article: http://townhall.com/tipsheet/christinerousselle/2015/09/03/maine-man-who-shot-intruder-robbing-him-told-to-give-up-his-gun-n2047603It is clear that this landlord would rather have his tenants assaulted in their own residences than have them defend themselves with reasonable and necessary force as permitted by the laws of Maine, and indeed every other state in the Union.



In addition, the fact that four felonies have been committed against this law-abiding resident alone suggests that this complex is another Sherman Hills (Wilkes-Barre) where shootings, knifings, and other violent crimes are commonplace. Resident security therefore does not seem to be among Park Place's priorities.
