Operational since 1993, Matrix Composites provides composite structures for the aviation, medical and space industries. It offers manufacturing, material testing, prototyping and process development, composite design and engineering, and tool design and fabrication services. The company features a nearly 27,000-square-foot manufacturing and testing facility. Matrix Composites laboratory and inspection facility is spread over an area of more than 2,500 square feet. It uses vacuum bags, open molding tools and precision fixtures for the manufacture of composites. The company has received the JEC Award for composite solutions. Matrix Composites is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering.
