Having just recently moved into a community managed by Sentry Management, I am already amazed at the level of customer service they provide. My previous management company was indifferent at best. Our Community Manager is very responsive and has quickly handled the few issues I have had since moving in. The community looks great and I have been told by my new neighbors that is because of the diligent oversight of our Manager. I instinctively know I have made a great decision to move into a community managed by Sentry.

Sentry Management provides on-call 24 hours a day 365 day per year emergency response. Each Manager is teamed with a back-up manager and Division Manager for on-call emergencies. At no additional cost Sentry provides a Web page for every Association we manage. The webpage contains the Association’s documents, forms and payment options. Additional items can be added for minutes, newsletters and other resident communications. The webpage can also be linked to your own Associations existing website.
