We ordered a chicken entree, 2 sushi rolls, a soup and jasmine rice for pickup. The food was 10 minutes late even though there was no one in the restaurant on a Friday night. We open the food at home really hungry and the chicken is cold, soup is leaking, there is 1 piece not roll of broken sushi and no rice. Needless to say we ate what was there and then I called the restaurant back to find out what happened. A woman picked up the phone who had major trouble with english. Kindly I asked for a refund multiple times because we paid by credit card and she said 'no way' because we had ate the little food that was included. I then asked for a manager and a least requested a partial refund and she declined. I then told her we would never order from there again and she didn't care. Poor Food! Poor Service! Never Again!
