Provided by YP.comTommy Blair's "Quality" Collision was very disappointing. We took our Nissan 350Z there for painting of the rear hatch due to a chemical spill because of the 5 star reviews, but found there is a lot more to consider than a business' reviews. The quality of work, attention to basic details, confidence that billed services were performed were absolutely lacking from our experience.
Tommy Blair has actually only owned this business since October 2013, so previous reviews are about the previous owner. That said, there are still reviews on other sites more recent which claim quality work. The over spray both from red paint and clear coat on trim, weather stripping, bumper cover (which supposedly had been removed) was very disappointing.
Not only was the paint job done very poorly, they had drip lines along the edge of the hatch, rough tape lines all along the hatch, and when they blended with clear coat, they didn't even clean the shop sanding dust under the hatch causing cloudy overspray

Provided by YP.comAmazing !! I was in an accident (pretty bad) Last year. I thought my Kia Soul was lost to me and I LOVE my car. USAA sent me to Quality Collision Repair. I thought no way could they fix "Scarlett" and have it drive like the nearly new vehicle was. I was wrong. They made her like new and a year later I just got a follow up call from Theresa (who is just as amazing !) Customer service is wonderful and I felt like they really cared about my car as much as I do :) Thank you To all of the staff !! Your techs are awesome , very knowledgeable and skilled and so is the front end staff . By the way, Scarlett still runs like new, thanks to your awesome shop!!

Provided by YP.comI recently was hit by another car in Melbourne Beach, which caused my BRAND NEW car to be destroyed!! I was so devastated. A friend recommended Tommy Blair Quality Collision Repair because I am new to the area and had no clue who to go to. I am SO thankful that she did! They did an EXCELLENT job. My car didn't even look this good when I drove it off the lot. They got me in the same day I called and had my car back to me in tip top shape. The best part about it was they handled everything with the insurance department of the guy at fault. Which was such a blessing because who wants to deal with an upset insurance agency. They notified me of any detail or part ordered and time frames. I now recommend TBQCR to any one!!

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give 10 stars to Teresa and team I would!!!! Do NOT listen to your insurance company when they tell you that the place is not "recommended". Quality Collision uses BRAND NEW in box OEM parts to fix your car. Most people do not know that all insurance companies bully these companies into purchasing NON OEM parts or parts from JUNK YARDS from previously wrecked vehicles. When these companies say NO that they will ONLY use brand new in box OEM parts, the insurance companies say they will not recommend these companies. Teresa and her company has been handling my families automobiles for YEARS. The workmanship and talent of this shop is UNREAL. She has helped us out so many times and deserves all the business she can get. Insurance companies are shady just like medical insurance companies. All I can say is BEWARE of those that are recommended by the insurance companies and use Teresa.

Provided by YP.comJust picked up my husbands truck from Quality Collision Repair. They did a great job. From the time of the estimate to the finished work they were awesome!! They called me to give me an update after having the truck for a couple of days which impressed me as I have never had a shop do that before. Had an issue (not with them) and called them and they went into action and took care of it. Kassie and Theresa were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. I recommend them for their professionalism, their quality of work and the friendly staff.

Provided by YP.comI had a fender bender involving a collision with my garage. I have an older car, so I didn't want to have a new bumper put on and put alot of money towards it. I met with the company for an estimate, and they said I would have to have a new bumper put on. I told them my situation, and they listened and helped me fix the cosmetic damanges to a great improvement. The completed product was more than I expected. The company is not out to make a quick dollar from their customers, but rather they listen and provide great customer service. They have won me over and will have my business whenever I need it. Fair prices and friendly people - I had a great experience and recommend this place highly.

They have always gone above and beyond to provide me and my family with top quality work and customer service. One person even came to my mother's home to assist her with a concern, would Maco do that? I doubt it!
The shop is as clean as it gets. The attitude is "can-do".
I will always use QCR for all vehicle damage repairs. I always recommend them to others, I think that says it all.

Provided by YP.comWe had a vehicle repaired here in December of 07. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone there was polite and took excellent care of us. All of the paperwork was completed and they also dealt with the insurance company. They even had it ready a day or two ahead of schedule. Our truck looks terrific and we were more than satisfied! I would highly recommend this collision repair shop.

The office staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I read the previous ratings on this site and think they are off base. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Provided by YP.comIt took this company 3 weeks to fix the air bag, seat belts and front bumper. This company confirmed that they have done the inspection on the car but the moment I drove my car, the cruise control and the cigarette lighter did not work.
"Inadequate quality control when releasing vehicle to customer".
I always appreciate my customer's feedback, positive or negative in order to fine tune the services we provide. Every repair is different, with different challenges to overcome. In this particular case there were extenuating circumstances that were communicated to the customer as soon as I was aware of them. The vehicle was brought in on 1/28/08. Teardown to assess damage,write a detailed estimate,communicate w/ insurance company and parts ordering all done by 1/31. Partial parts rec'd 2/1. Last 2 parts rec'd 2/4, 1 part was boxed wrong and had to be reordered. A left hand part was in a right hand box, a common thing the automotive business has to deal with, but you can't just pop over to Michigan and pick up a new one over night. All repair work and airbag system done and tested 2/6. Vehicle detailed and as it was being driven out for delivery to owner the airbag light came on. Re-check of airbag system showed new computer module installed was not working. Call to part supplier, they had a recall notice on these modules having a problem. Ordered 2nd new module which was received 2/10, was installed and determined module was the wrong one for this model, it was marked wrong but looked exactly the same. This is another common problem when ordering parts especially on late model vehicles such as this one. The 3rd module was rec'd and installed on 2/13. The owner came to pick it up, plugged in her radar detector and noted the cig. lighter was not working. It had a blow fuse in the trunk compartment. This was corrected and owner picked up her vehicle the next day. She called me when she got home, the cruise control was not working. She brought it back, we determined it was the switch, and told her we would call when it came in. 2/19 switch rec'd and installed it at the owner's convinence. She was able to drive her car in the meantime. When we do an inspection on a completed vehicle we check the involved items and noted secondary ones. The blown cig. lighter fuse and cruise control switch are not common problems with a front bumper/airbag repair job. Not items you would normally test in this situation, however we did miss them and apologized to the owner. She was notified every step of the way during the repair of her vehicle. And when it was all done we did deliver her vehicle to her house to limit her inconvinence. As repairers we have to rely on our parts suppliers who do their best to assist us, but defective parts and miss marked ones do cause delays in the repair process. However, in this case I felt we did everything humanly possible to get her vehicle back to her as soon as possible. Also, please note this vehicle was dropped off as undriveable due to the airbag system, was not on our schedule and we expedited the repair through the shop as soon as we could.

Provided by YP.comA lady who answered the phone from this company has a very low mannerism, very 'bossy', and not showing any respect to the customer through out the phone conversation. This company is certainly needs an improvement in customer service or simply hire a new nicely manner customer service.
I'm sorry that this poster had a bad phone experience with my staff and invite Electrical Engineer to contact me to discuss it further. Please note in our defense we receive a lot of phone calls and some things we can not do for a customer over the phone. We can't write estimates over the phone. We do require appointments for estimates in order to provide adequate time to service all of our customers. However, I believe from the other reviews posted you can see this is not how we treat our customers.
