I recently went in to get new tires for my SUV. I was also interested in new brakes and tire alignment. I asked for a quote for all 3 together and for the tires separate. They verbally quoted something outrageous so I kindly turned down the offer. As I'm waiting for the car tires, I'm signing paperwork for the new tires agreeing to their terms. The car is finally done and I go to pay and I noticed the amount is much higher than what I was quoted. It wasn't broken down either so I asked why. Well a genius there decided to do the alignment along with the tires. I was mad at this point because I never authorized the alignment and in my paperwork that I initialed before hand, didn't state alignment. They wanted to charge me $150 extra. I told them that I'm not paying for it because my husband had someone who would do it for $45. In the end I had to settle for paying $60 for the alignment or wait 3 hours until they could undo the alignment and possibly screw my car up on purpose since they were mad. They are a bunch of crooks!!! Be careful of what you sign and don't let them rope you into paying for more than what you asked for.

I was lied too and overcharged. I will never go back again. I took my car to another tire dealer and they verfied what I had suspected and didn't charge me a penny. I was told by big O my tire was ruined they could not patch it. I needed to purchase a brand new tire. Now keep in mind this tire was only 1 month old. So I took my car to another tire shop. And they told me my tire was "very fixable" and they fixed my tire that I orignally purchased at Big O tires only a month prior for free. I will never ever go to Big O again. They are a bunch of cons.
