Can be crowded and the wait can be long, depending on the day and time. However, I have been very happy with those who have helped me. They have explained forms, been pleasant and have genuinely helped.

I'm as surprised as anyone to give a DMV 5 stars. But this place has earned it. Excellent new facility, big parking lot, friendly staff, and very little wait (when you make an appointment).

Best DMV around they are so quick and helpful !!! I make a appointment usually but the times I have not I am still in and out with In about a hour !

Seems like a shorter wait time than the Roseville DMVs. Get an appointment, though, and it's even shorter! The people aren't typically friendly at DMVs, but the person I worked with was friendlier than I usually experience at DMVs:)
