Absolutely love all the people at Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. Wether I need an oil change or something more they have great customer service. And they give u a ride home or a loaner car.

I recently bought a Mercedes from a private party and needed to take it in for servicing. I scheduled an apt with the service dept and was seen at the time of my apt! The staff was very welcoming, eager to help, and professional (unfortunately these seem to be lost qualities).

Great service department that will keep your car in top performance condition. Comfortable waiting area too.

t an absolute pleasure to deal with three professionals Bob Hunter, James Reenots and Ted Mavritsakis were a joy to work with.

I really appreciate the fact that they washed my car for free after my oil change without me having to ask, I thought that was a nice touch!

AMAZING customer service! The sales manger was very helpful and made sure I see all the available options for my price range. He found me the perfect car for a great price.

They also provided us lunch in the cafe on site (Bistro 33) while we were waiting.
