On July 6 my daughter and i went to this store and talked to Joshua Wishart about the iphone 5s, since it was time to upgrade, he sounded very confident about the plans and the charges, he said that if we upgraded we will get 2 new phones free? Not so much, new accesories for the iphones for free? Not so much, and a free tablet, he said the activations will be waved, that our bill will go up in price for only about 20 to 30 dollars. The first bill was over 700 dollars. I went to the store again and they said he wasn't there anymore. So i went to the other store where he was and they told me he was let go because of all the shady deals and they had been dealing with all kind of complains about these deals. So my question is: whatever happened to the customer service? We have been talking to the customer service endless times and going to the stores and nobody wants to be liable for Joshua's lies. The only person that has been a little understanding is Will this store's manager but still it hasn't been enough.
