Provided by YPmobileHeather is one of the best chiropractors I've been too. I Crossfit 3-4 times a week and my back often needs to be adjusted. She takes at least 45 minutes doing a complete ultrasound, adjustment, and tells me stretches I can work on to improve my muscles from being sore. She's amazing!!
