Do not assume that anyone is staying overnight with your critically ill pet. I was under the assumption that, at an animal hospital, that someone would remain with the critically ill animals. I was wrong and our dog died overnight, alone. after the staff asked us earlier if we wanted her resuscitated and we said yes. It's not possible to resuscitate if no one is present.

Heartbroken. We could have brought her home and at least she would have had the comfort of her family but we thought they had the medicine and someone would be with her to help her. Instead she died alone in a cage in a strange place.

Love this place. Always so helpful. Have always taken such good care of our animals. Helped us on a Sunday afternoon when our elderly dog was in pain and had bloated. Saved my boxer puppy when she found an old box of rat poison. These type of vets are few and far between these days. So thankful we found this clinic.

Always willing to work me in when I call on a short notice. Excellent care for my animals. People are very polite.
