I took this business a set of Henckle knives to be sharpened. When I recieved them back the serrations had been ground completley off. When I contacted them about the issue I was told that they had not done that. Holding the knives in my hand with 90% of the serrations ground off, he flat out lied to me. What they did to my knives voided the lifetime warranty on them. He refused to do anything to help me and would not even refund the money for the suppossed sharpening. I have friends that had hedge trimmers sharpened by them and they only sharpened half of the blaeds. Do not use this company if you want your items properly shapened or damaged. Very bad craftsmanship and customer service.
