As a Rockport resident I observed the deterioration of the parcel as it changed ownership and management over a period of about 15 years. Maintenance and up keep were abandoned and the property was eventually sold at public auction.

Sandy Bay Stables is a family owned and operated friendly horse farm convienently located just 3 mile off of Rte,. 128 North. SBS has a proven riding school with top notch instructors for beginner to advanced riders of all ages. The facility boasts a large indoor riding arena for year-round riding for the serious equestrian student. They offer quality care for horses with all day turnouts, grass pastures, heated ice-free water buckets, stall fans in summer and various board rates to meet all budgets!
