You cannot beat the customer service in this park. Every rig is escorted to their site by the manager, the facilities are clean, the planned activities are a bonus, the sites are all concrete, the fishing pier is beautiful, the pool is always clean. The customers/guests in the park are welcoming and inclusive.

The rules set out by the owners are ridiculous. The owners are an older couple who have nothing else to do but sit outside their RV and/or ride around in their golf cart looking for things that are not abiding. They are very nosey as well. The pool rules are no alcohol, no running, no jumping, no diving, rinse and shower off before getting in, no pets, no food....pretty much no fun. They discriminate against certain dog breeds. They charge WAY too much for their laundry facilities and the water smells like sulfur (aka rotten eggs). The speed limit is 5 MPH and if you go over even 1 MPH you will hear an ear full from these old geezers. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. We have vacationed here for 2 months and it has been something new every week and they finally asked us to leave because of their controlling ways. We are very laid back people but this place is more of a retirement center for people who have nothing else to do but get in your business and gripe about small, unnecessary things. Don't waste your money or time.
