Husband and I were interested in a complex of homes listed by Shoreline. "Eddie" was the agent who took us to look at them. First, while in the office he made us sign a paper that "all realtors do". We'd been to many different realtors' offices and NO one made us sign anything for just looking. Then he met us at the homes, couldn't answer ANY questions about them. For instance, they had been built in 2013 and NONE had sold yet - WHY?? "Well, I don't have a clue" he said. I LIKE ANSWERS. If I'm going to plunk down cash like that, I want to know! He didn't know where the property lines were, didn't know why this and didn't know why that. I'm done. WILL NOT use him for any realty issues or sale.
