My wife and I were shopping for a car recently at this place and had the worst experience ever. Our helpers(if you can call him that) name was David Werbelow and he is the Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lexus of Rockville Centre. More like he should take a course on how to consult anything but a human. We are a young couple who wanted to lease a RX. From the second we sat with him he pretty much abused us. He told us that we can't pay so much and there is no way we can have a car in that budget. He was rude and very disrespectful. Hopefully he no longer is there. He should not be helping people. When the manager came over he also was the same way. Great way to treat customers. No one should ever step foot in that place. And David we ended up with a BMW X5 so up yours.
