I recently attempted to purchase The Night Before Christmas recordable book from this store. I had a Hallmark coupon that permitted the purchase of a maximum of three books, with $10 discount on each of them. The owner refused to sell me 3 books with the use of the coupon. Had I purchased only one, he would have taken my coupon and I would have been unable to purchase the other 2 books at the discounted rate. It isn't so much that he refused to sell me 3 books, it was the attitude with which he responded. He was nasty and very condescending. I have lived in this town for 33 yrs and have shopped in this store before, but I will not do so again. I have since spoken to friends and neighbors who have had similar encounters with this man.
