when my grandmother died, she left me her krakauer upright piano that she bought in 1947. The inner workings of the piano had disintegrated. Most people I called told me it was not salvageable, but Rocco recognized my daimond-in-the-rough. He paintakingly replaced every single key/wire inside the piano and made it sound and look like new. It is a family heirloom and I am glad I put it in the hands of a true craftsman and professional. He returned my grandma's piano to its original glory and for that I am eternally grateful. Grandma would be proud!!

Highly recommended because a knowlegeable, professional, conscientious craftsman met a tired old 1924 to 1931 vintage Story & Clark upright piano (converted from a player piano in the early 1950's) and left it feeling young and vibrant. I've never heard it sound so good.

Clearly a professional. Very knowledgeable and most pleasant to deal with. An excellent tuner.
