This is and colleagues are not honest lawyer's. They give you fraudulent information just to get your money especially if you are a New York City Correction Officer. In my case they made decision without consulting with me and had hearings after informing me hearings were cancel. I file an appeal three times and called Albany myself in order to get some answers. I called the offices to complain but my calls were ignore. I had to get a new lawyer and file and Appeal with the worker's compensation board. I informed them how this law firm lie, committed fraud and try to cheat me on the legal fees and award money. Once I file an appeal they returned some of the money they took out of $3,500. They returned a difference of $1,600 and change. They also falsified documents to favor the city not their clients needs. Once I file an appeal and got a new lawyer,I got the proper help and the money that was still owed to me and the city got less money back.
