Horrible! Treat their patients like dirt, reschedule appointments at their whim, rude. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

I've had a great experience with Children First in Rockville since my son was 1 week old. They are always prompt and caring, and great about answering all of my questions and taking care of all of his immunizations and referrals and other paperwork as needed.

We expected prompt and courteous care from the staff and physicians. We waited three months for a regularly scheduled exam. Doctors would cancel without notice or explanation, leaving another three month wait unless your child became ill enough to require being seen. We were charged fees of at least $15.00 for preschool, school, and childcare physician forms required for school or childcare. The last straw was when we got to our child's annual physical appointment only to be refused service because we were a few minutes late for our appointment after they had cancelled on my husband and I three times. My husband and I feel that we gave the doctors and staff at this pediatric practice many chances to get their acts together. Luckily, there are many more competent pediatricians who are child-focused rather than money-driven who believe in excellent healthcare delivery in the surrounding area.
