- Medicare-Certified Programs to Restore Independence: Accidents or aging can impede independence. Here, residents restore abilities, rebuild confidence and, whenever possible, return home. Our specialized care services include 24-hour skilled nursing, wound, respiratory, and tracheostomy care. Onsite dialysis is also available six days a week. Working with residents and families, our Physical and Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists ensure that goals are met through custom programs. We also coordinate the smooth transition of residents to a place of greater independence, whether in their own or family member's home or an assisted living facility. Helping seniors and families cope with Memory Impairment: Loss of memory due to Alzheimer's, dementia or other condition can be frightening. Knowing where to turn for help is often troubling.
