Provided by YPmobileI have been seeing this doctor through out my entire pregnancy and when I asked them to full out paperwork regarding me going on bedrest they said nothing in my chat showed I needed it. I then found out that Dr. Brooks had not documented anything I had told him about different problems I was having. Lets not forget the 1 1/2 ! Wait to be seen. Very unprofessional just to say I changed doctors after finding that out. Would not recommend....
