OK, I will start by giving credit where credit is due.... The facility itself is immaculate, and when they say "Climate controlled" they mean it! (a star for each of those points)

HOWEVER.... Gate access hours begin early, but end only at 9pm. Office hours begin at 930 and end rather early for a weekday 6pm. I mean, If I am working 9-5, its hard to get there before 6 to pay the bill on time.

ALSO, They have gone through MULTIPLE on site managers in a short period of time ranging from a couple who were friendly and remembered your face and unit number (GREAT customer service) to a scary looking couple full of tattoos piercings and rainbow hair (NOT PROFESSIONAL LOOKING) to the most recent "smile at you to get your business" person who is always working busily in the building but gruff and has an irritable personality. What happened to "Customer service"?

Other facilities I have used had a dumpster available for tenants use. I really hate finding something I decide is trash or accidentally breaking something while digging in my unit, then having to load garbage into my car and take it home to throw away just because they wont allow access to their dumpster.

Access to a restroom in the storage area (halls, or outside) would be helpful since the restroom is inside the office, and the office is not always open during gate access hours. You have to enter a code to get inside the storage building halls anyway, so it wouldn't be a public restroom....just saying. The closest restroom is 7-11 a ways down the road. When Im digging around my unit and shuffling things, its a pain to stop, drive down the road, and come back to finish my task, just because nature has called.

SUMMARY: My recommendation is decide for yourself what counts, the facility is clean, the staff is inconsistent, and for the price, you may do better off elsewhere. Personally, I have had it with this location and will be leaving.
