Provided by YP.comWhile I realize this sounds like sour grapes, Ms. Helwig's conduct throughout the investigation and the overwhelming evidence against my ex's fitness as a parent made her recommendation not just wrong but negligently wrong. I can only surmise that she was somehow snowed by my abusive ex since she disregarded all third party evidence and the opinion of experts. I would like to believe that on some level she really believed she was doing what was best for our child but she was not and is not sophisticated enough to deal with a complicated custody case. She does not posses even a basic understanding of the BIA investigative process, the BIA role, the psychology of children of contentious divorce or the law (e.g. hearsay and violating privilege rights of a therapist only when it benefited her opinion).
