I highly recommend Montgomery County Taxi to anyone who is looking for great taxi service in the Montgomery County MD area.Wow! I have been using them now for seven years and never once have I been forgotten or picked up late. I really like their online booking reservation tool. Someone always call me to confirm within minutes of making the reservation. The taxi drivers are always on time and their cars are clean and comfortable. Fantastic airport taxi service. I just wanted to say that I am so glad I discovered Montgomery County Taxicab online a few months ago! I have to fly to Dulles Airport all the time and I do not have the time for a shuttle to go and pickup 10 other people.... These guys are very professional and have always been on time. Montgomery County Taxicab is the most reliable, priced right and courteous taxi service in the Montgomery County Area. Montgomery County Taxicab / Bethesda Taxicab is the worst taxi we've ever used. Additional to the impoliteness of the driver, I felt unsafe to ride with him. He used foul language at several occasions and the price wasn't fair either. You are better off avoid this company.

Wonderful Airport Taxi Service. After using Montgomery County Taxicab for many years, I feel compelled to write a review. I have been using this service for 5 years now and have always received wonderful service. I am routinely in the Rockville, MD area for business conferences. I should mention that not only have I used this taxi company, so has numerous other colleagues of mine. I have ALWAYS been picked up promptly to be taken to the Airport for a reasonable rate. I also always receive a call from Kevin the office manager five minutes prior to arrival confirming the drivers location not to mention that the driver waits patiently for me.I travel a lot and never receive this type of good service from other cab companies. Amazing & Great customer service, I would like to let the management of Montgomery County Taxicab Service know that one of their Customer Service Reps, Kim, provided amazing customer service. My Wife lost her wallet in one of your cabs on 12/02/10. I called today and got Kim. She went beyond her call of duty and found out where my wife was picked up, the date, and fare. She was able to contact the cab driver and we found the wallet. She then called me back and gave me the number for the cab driver. The cab driver met me at a convenient place and returned the wallet. Wonderful Service, I have been using Montgomery County Taxicab many times-at least eight times over the past year. The Drivers come up to get my luggage and, when they meet me at the airport, they come to the baggage carousel to help me with my luggage. Very nice when you are tired after a long trip. The taxi, no matter the driver, are nice large sizes cars and are immaculately clean. The drivers, no matter the hour, are personable and respectful. Wonderful service! especially if you are a women business traveler and a wee bit nervous. . These guys are total pros-all of them. Highest recommendation! I have been using them for about a year to drive me to the airport. They were very courteous, reasonably priced, and reliable. I definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to be taken to the airport and ride in style and be on time. I never had heard of this company until I found them online here. I decided to try them out. I scheduled an appointment to be picked up very early in the morning to take me to the airport. They are always on time and very nice! I am writing this review because the driver told me that they recommend all their customers to write an online review but that very few actually do. Montgomery County Taxicab / Bethesda Taxicab has to be the worst taxi I've ever encountered. Besides the foul language used, the driver was unsafe then tried to overcharge me! He actually told me to f*ck off when I very politely questioned the amount! Unbelievable!

I received such outstanding customer service from Paula I had to write a review. It's not often that you cold call a company & received customer service like I received today, 08/31/09. Paula was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. She gave me information like I was a family member telling me things to watch for when booking a car/taxi. Paula even gave me more of her time when I called her back to get map assistance. It's a shame that we don't receive this type of courteous help whenever it's needed. Montgomery County Taxicab is doing everything right. I know that if I'm in the Montgomery County area again, my call will be to them. Thanks Paula! Kelly

I had a fantastic experience with Montgomery County Taxicab. The driver was real nice, polite and on time to take me to the airport. Most importantly the car was very clean inside out. All of this is very important to me as a regular business traveler. I will for sure use this cab service again the next time I visit the Washington, DC area.

I had a wonderful experience with Frederick County Taxicab, I needed a Taxi at the last minute to take me to the Airport, so I called Frederick County Taxicab. The Phone Operator was very nice, and the Driver showed up on time. The car was clean inside out, also the Driver was very professional.
