These cDNAs are suitable for transfection and in vivo or direct in vitro expression. The TrueClone Collection cDNA clones are obtained directly from plasmid cDNA libraries and avoid the sequence errors introduced by other cloning methods. OriGene has commercialized an extensive gene bank of authentic cDNA clones in a standard expression vector.
