Small store but has a surprisingly big selection of dog food. Overall it has a sad vibe, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's the lighting. The staff is nice when you can find them and they're free as they are understaffed.

well, my boyfriend and myself had just recently started a community freshwater fish tank. we had done a lot of research on what fish can and can't go together. so we went into the store and bought some fish for our tank. tested the water to make sure it was good before putting the fish in, we were good to go! we bought 3 of each kind of fish..total we had 12 fish. put them in the tank after following the half-@$$ directions we got from the employee at the store and by the next morning ALL 12 FISH WERE DEAD!! I can't explain how upset I was. if you want fish, go to Rick's fish and pet supply in Frederick..it Aquatic Creations in Urban.

I took my dog for a grooming appointment and am VERY disgusted with their services! I am going to contact a manager because my dog has not been acting right since he came back from his appointment. When I picked him up, I witnessed one of the ladies who works there screaming at one of the dogs and being very forceful with him! I am afraid they mistreated my dog, as he has been very upset since! I will never return for grooming services at this place again! I highly recommend finding another place!

I called to check that the store had what I needed which was a nylon fabric muzzle for my dog. I was told on the phone that they had all sizes 1-7. Then when I got to the store they did not have size 1, they had a bunch of size 2's and not much else. I needed a size 1 according to the package description for size 2. I let the manager know how disappointed I was. She was human about it, but I still left without obtaining what I needed so I could safely administer medications to my dog's ulcerated eye, and infected ears without him biting me. I will probably never go back to this store again.
