hit a power line draped across the road where Pepco was actively working but had no flags on the line and the guy incharge of the project not only sat in his car but backed up to allow us to run into the wire and tear it from the pole where the crew had just reattached it. they had to lay under the car to remove the thousand volt cable (disconnected by the car) and informed me that i should get my brake line examined. I called Scandinavian and Bogdan said come in at 1 (post lunch ad and hour and a half future). He was at the door when I pulled in at 1:03 and imediately put the car on the rack and inspected it. they are always professional, prompt and quite reasonable. they wouldn't take payment. I have bought multiple cars from them and find them first rate.

I've never written a review before, but this service was so bad, I decided I should warn people. Do not bring your vehicle here! My car had the same problem I paid thousands of dollars for them to fix less than a month later, and they took no responsibility. On top of that, they are overpriced, and the person I dealt with was not the least bit concerned about customer service.
