My husband and I love SERVPRO TEAM GUTIERREZ! They have come to our rescue several times! The first rescue occurred while we were at work, not returning home until early evening and discovered our large sized water heater leaked and flooded entire ground floor of our home! The second rescue occurred when a neighbor's front yard tree roots grew around the sewage pipe, finally causing its collapse! As we were the next home down from theirs, our ground floor was flooded, only this time it was flooded with sewage! SERVPRO TEAM GUTIERREZ team, came in reassured us and executed their dry-out, sterilization and clean-up expertise magnificently! I want to add it sure makes an impression and filled us with hope when they pulled up at our home in their immaculate SERVPRO logoed vehicles and technicians in their logoed uniforms came in with all their impressive equipment!
