Hands down, the very best medical experience ever! Dr. Roberts and team are world class, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family ... well worth the drive from York, PA to Rockville, MD.



Cataract surgery within two weeks of consultation (York surgeon couldn't 'fit me in' for several weeks) ... Dr. Roberts and team were professional, friendly, efficient, and didn't mind my dozens of questions leading up to the surgery.



Results were immediate (I hadn't been able to see clearly for weeks) ... and Dr. Roberts' follow-up call the evening of surgery was totally unexpected (and very much appreciated). He cares ... and his team cares ... a rare level of customer service now-a-days!



Dr. Roberts ... my sole-source ... go-to ... eye Doc from here forward!

Dr. Anthony Roberts is both highly skilled and very caring about his patients as people. He was recommended by my husband’s oncologist, whose opinion we respect. We liked Dr. Roberts on first meeting. He knew I was concerned about any kind of eye surgery, but he reassured me and inspired my confidence. Surgery on both eyes at a 2-week interval went without any complications. On the evening of the first surgery I received a phone call inquiring how I was doing. Just fine! The blurred vision had already cleared. For the second eye vision was still blurred the next day but had cleared up by the morning of the second day after surgery. It feels very good not to have to wear glasses all the time. Just reading glasses for close up work. I’m very pleased with the results and would recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone. Dr. Roberts was excellent in his service and the rest of his staff was great as well. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. Dr. Roberts thoroughly explained the procedure to me in my consultation and he made me feel very comfortable during the actual procedure. Dr. Roberts made it a priority to give me a phone call later that night to make sure that everything was still ok and to see how my vision was. Overall I am thoroughly pleased with the results of the procedure, not to mention I now have 20/20 vision. I recommend Dr. Roberts services to anyone who is interested in improving their vision.

I visited two other ophthalmologists before entrusting my cataract problem to Dr. Anthony Roberts. I selected him, because he was willing to discuss my condition with me, rather than talking at me. The procedure was surprisingly uneventful. My trust was richly rewarded with 20/20 vision, full color, and brightness in an eye that had been basically useless. The staff was very helpful and pleasant as well.



PS: the post-operative eye drops are extremely expensive. Try to get free samples or cheaper substitutes.

I was very pleased with the time Dr. Roberts took to explain the procedures available, the pros and cons of each. I am pleased with the results. It was especially nice to receive a call from Dr. Roberts after the procedure. I found the entire office staff helpful and friendly. The follow up today was fast and easy.

I originally was going to have surgery done at another place but right off the bat he made me feel secure about the the procedure. in the end I chose for him to do it and I don't regret for a minute.
