The Treatment and Learning Centers is a private, nonprofit agency that helps children and adults to develop full potential and communicate effectively with others and achieve educational and vocational success. It is located in Rockville, Md., and offers various services and programs, including educational programs, child care, vocational services, sensory integration and summer camp for speech disorders and learning disabilities. It is also known as TLC, and additionally operates schools, such as the Katherine Thomas School and the Katherine Thomas High School.
