Provided by YP.comDoctor was unhappy, says open mri resolution is too poor to make a determination, my pain is unresolved.
Then, they overbilled my co-pay amount and never fixed it, sent it to collections instead and now I have it on my credit report, and they say they do not have my payment records. Not well run and 2 issues remain unresolved.
