warranty company sent them to my house to service a pool heater that was not working. Took it apart and said it couldn't be fixed. Told me they would contact my warranty company and get a new one oorder. About a week later I got a letter from warranty company stating that my heater would not be covered due to improper installation. I contacted all clear and they told me that the improper installation was the reason it failed. They never mentioned this to me on the service call. Very underhanded way to do business. To top it off they left without reassembling the heater. Parts scattered everywhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
