I got a cut color and style package on Groupon and went in for the first time. I asked for a honey brown color on my hair and after drying my hair i mentioned that my hair looked darker than i thought it would be and all the stylist said was "ya it does to me too" then told me it would be lighter outside. After getting home and putting on a new black shirt for work i realised my hair is jet black and am pissed. I now have to bleach my hair to get it back to my normal color, which is what i asked for not black. After washing my hair she then blow dried my hair and with half my hair wavy and half straight from only blow drying she then told me I was good to go. I asked her if she was going to do the style that I paid for and she just looked and me and replied that "she guessed that she could do it" Will never be coming back unless it is to fix my hair that yall messed up. I purchased 2 other cut color and style packages for my mother and grandmother and will be demanding a refund because I will not be having my family members going to this place when they are not going to get what they specifically ask for or pay for. Will never recommend to anyone ever. I would also rate 0 stars if it was allowed.
