My Name is Boone, I have a F150 1993. Went to McSwain Automotive, Billy was the one I dealt with, my truck just started running bad. Talked to Billy, told Billy all about my truck, sense I bought it a year ago. Well they fixed it right, I had stoped by a few times and Billy had remembered everything I had told him about that Truck, In the first conversation, Long story short, the cost was a little more than the estimate, But they had worked 3 days longer than they had figured trying to figure out what was the problem. Anyway if I need a good mechanic. That's the place. Great Guys.

If you value your vehicle and pocket book, do not go to McSwain. I took my vehicle there and detailed specific problems that I wanted fixed. When I called to find out what the status was, the mechanic said that it had a problem (which he detailed) that required major repair work. The diagnosed problem had nothing to do with the problems I wanted fixed. I had changed the oil just the day before, so I know that at that time it could not have had the diagnosed problem (the associated fluid level had not changed from where it had been for months). That means that my vehicle very probably came up with this problem after I took it to this business. This business was recommended by one of the major auto parts store.
