Ordered pizza when I went to pick up the lady open the pizza box and asked if I wanted it. I looked at her and said "NO", it's burnt black or you kidding me. Why would you ask me that. Would you if delivered that. She said well I was waitressing and forgot and just took out of oven. So you let it stay in till it burnt and you think a customer would want that. I asked if there was a manager and she said I'm the manager today. You being the manger would try to sell me this. The pizza was burnt black the whole thing. I asked why didn't you remake it. Her response was well I wanted to wait and let you see if you still wanted it. First look you would of know no one would of wanted it. I'm paying you $30 for it to be burnt. To me that's saying a poor manager for sure. Want go back again. My first and last time. The new pizza was totally different than the burnt one couldn't believe it.

Poor customer service.. If you guys going to order to go pizza try to taste it first before leaving the place and better if it's in front of the manager (myra) so that if you guys have complains they might give you credit. Our pizza that we ordered too salty, we ordered thin crust but they gave us thick crust and when we informed them can't get any credit because my kid already ate a piece of it. My advice order in other Napolis location better service and better taste.

Everything on their menu is very good. Can't go wrong here.

this place has it all. the ambiance is amazing, you can do a quick lunch to date night to delivery to planning sunday lunch. the food is so fresh and so well priced. the service is excellent. like i said i am in love.
