Provided by YP.comIf they hadn't had the car I wanted I would have left. we called for directions. The lady who answered the phone couldn't tell us where they were. Goliad and 205 are the same street but when we repeatedly asked her are you south of 205 she kept correcting us saying no were south of Goliad not 205. We asked her are you by a Chevy dealer and she was no there is no Chevy dealer near us. The Chevy dealer was right on Goliad north of them. We walked in and we're promptly met which was good. But our salesman was terrible he claimed to be able to drive manuel but when he drove the car for us he kept Jenkins it around. I started to think something was wrong with the car. When I got to drive I quickly realized he couldn’t drive it. He couldn’t answer any questions and failed to mention the radio didn't work. On a 2014 that's pretty concerning. He also forgot about us several times. It was really hot and we asked for water for our diabetic mother and it never came. I had to go find some myself.

Provided by YP.comFair At Best. Only the lady rep had a great attitude. The others typical, you bought here we don't care attitude. Last time I buy here. When will dealers learn, once the sale is done, to keep a repeating customer base you must have a Great Service Dept.

Provided by YPmobileGreat place tk buy from...love my truck. However the some of the service staff will say whatever to sale tires. Was told my tires would be taking care of by any ford for the life of the tire. Today I was told no maintenance on tires are done at my costno matter what. That Iis upsetting because I could have gone to discount tires snd saved more money with a true warranty unlike what I was told.
Other then that I will come back because the do fix ford correctly the first time when it a problem.

Provided by YP.comOnce they have the papers signed, the good customer service goes out of the window. They are rude. They don't care about keeping you happy. Worst service I have ever experienced at a car dealership! Be aware before shopping with them.

Provided by YP.comBuyer Beware!!... Crooks & Thieves Let me save you the trouble, DO NOT BUY FROM ROCKWALL FORD. Please read- We purchased a Ford 2005 F350 and paid 13,000 cash (not to mention my own trade -in). On the day we went to pick up the truck Service Center just ran their inspection on it. Nothing was EVER disclosed to us about 2 FAILED INJECTORS or how the F350 years 2003-2007 have had recalls on their engine. Basically they took advantage of a couple who was eager to buy a truck cash. Long story short exactly 2 weeks later the engine blew. Went back to Rockwall Ford and had Service Center print out the report from the day we bought the truck, and right on the report it states, "2 failed injectors- repairs declined". I asked who declined the repairs and Service Center said Sales Dept did. Walked right over to sales to try to get the situation resolved and Karl (Director of Sales) basically said AS IS. He also states as a dealer he DOES NOT have to disclose if a vehicle has mechanical issues or not. He says it is his JOB to sale the vehicle NOT to worry if it has problems or not. I recorded our conversation and if you could hear what a dirt bag he is, you would RUN FAR AWAY FROM ROCKWALL FORD!!...Oh, and the way they wanted to resolve the issue was for us to finance a 2004 GMC 2500HD for $16,999, which is only worth $6,400,(per Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles)and they wanted us to put MORE money down on a truck that is nowhere near the truck we bought. Rockwall Ford is a dealership that has NO integrity, morals or values when it comes to their customers. They will rip you off and not even think twice. I cannot even phantom how a name like Ford would even do business with the owners of Rockwall Ford....I am sick to my stomach how we were treated and how we LOST $13,000 on something we thought would be a good investment for our company. Next time I rather do business with a mom-and-pop car dealer then a big name company....If anyone would like more info, please message me. I have so much more to say!

Provided by YP.comI have never been treated more rudely by a car dealership. My wife, daughter and I asked to test drive a car. The salesman was rude and answered my questions with a flippant attitude. He handed us off to another salesman who went out to the lot to get a car for us to test drive. While we were waiting, we attempted to look at a car on the showroom floor that had the windows rolled down. As we approached the car, we noticed the lights blink as someone remotely armed the alarm on the car. My daughter reached inside and opened the door from the inside and the alarm blasted us. I looked over and salesmen laughing about it. We left without purchasing a vehicle. This was the second time we had visited the dealership. We were treated rudely then as well. I strongly advise people to shop elsewhere for their new Ford vehicle.

We have had a rough few months dealing with our daughter`s car issues and have spent a tremendous amount of time and money and never had the problem fixed without it taking days and days. I really appreciated the willingness of your staff to work with me over the phone and through email. It was a smooth process and I am enjoying the heck out of my new car.

Mr. Kloster was very professional... helpful... and well informed about the vehicle and we worked through the purchase process quickly and efficiently. Provided by YP.comMy sales person was Jerry Jones. I was extremely satisfied with him regarding his knowledge of the vehicle which I was trying to purchase. He is a very pleasant person and I have to say of all of the vehicles that I have purchased that this was the most pleasant experience that I have had at any dealership.
