I have been on medicaid for a short while and I am not proud of asking for help. Times have been hard this year, first time to ever ask for help. I have been treated rudely by the doctor and the technicians as if we were the lowest of the lows. My son does not like the doctor as of the way he talks to him. My son forgot his retainer and he states quite rudely that they cannot do anything as this puts them behind a whole month as they cannot adjust the retainer. We return the next month with the retainer in his month, they adjusted his braces and gave back his retainer without adjusting it and said see you next time. I had to ask, are you not going to adjust it and she said, oh does he need it tightened.



Another patient was in another chair and the doctor said to the parents, he may have straight enough teeth for the country and I know you have to drive a long way but the more he comes, the more I get paid for the visits. So I know it is not just our experience.



The receptionists are very nice, but to be treated so poorly by the rest of the staff is not how you conduct a business or treat a patient, especially a child. They need to treat everyone the same as anyone else.
