Terrible service! My husband's glass has dried food particles on the outside that we didn't notice until he had drank half of the cup. Once we brought it to the managers attention our waitress decided to ignore is. Our food came out and was brought to the table by a different waitress. My steak was under cooked and my husband's was over cooked. My husband went ahead and ate his and my granddaughter finished her hamburger before I was able to get the managers attention again to ask someone to finish cooking my steak. At that point I was no longer hungry and was not wanting to be the only person at the table eating. The manager took my plate and removed my steak from our bill but never even offered a discount for the dirty glass. We were not there for a free meal... and when I have corporate people come in from KS I usually take thwm to this Saltgrass but never again! Looks like Logan's or Culpepper's will have to do!! Wouldn't even have given 1 star!!!!

The service and food were amazing from start to finish! The restrooms were clean as a whistle! No overflowing trash cans or dirty mirrors. The server approached me with a genuine smile. She was knowledgable of the menu. Also she made a suggestion based on her first impression of me -BINGO! The manager was in tune with the guest and truly appeared to care if I were satisfied!!Amazingly wonderful food and service. I'll drive back to this one! WTG!

Servers never get ur orders right!!!

Our service and our food was outstanding. The filet I had was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had.
